Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping method selected, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. However, if you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist with information needed for the claim.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
